Well, this is a TV show and not a movie, but when I was flipping channels last week, I saw Honey Boo Boo and that made me cringe.

I always cringe when somebody harms themselves.. especially if they slit their own throat.

The prison scene on SOA with Otto being raped last week was cringe worthy, also when Tigs daughter was burned alive and Opie getting his skull beat in by a pipe.
I also cringe at animal documentaries when any of them are getting eaten, I know the whole circle of life, I just don't like to watch it! To me it is worse than any horror movie.
