The Jonesville Public Library has a bookstore that is open anytime that the library is open. All of the proceeds are going towards their building fund. FYI: they got broke into last weekend and someone stole money from a fundraiser that they had just done. Really sad story.

The sale is next weekend, not in October. I was at the library today and I made a point of asking. They picked up a sign they had sitting on the desk and handed it to me so I could read it (apparently they must be asked that a lot.)

The Friends have a used book sale coming up soon. Sept 24th is the preview sale for members. Runs from 6 to 8 pm and memberships are $15, which will get you into this year's plus next year's preview sale. YOu can join at the door. There is a limit of 12 books on the 24th. See Community Events on this site for more info. The name of the sale was changed to The Dorothy Owen Annual Book Sale. It is open to the public on Saturday, Sept 26th at 8 am.
