Hey, Combs, considering I think we are the only two on here with actual fiction prose, I thought I'd drop a link on you to a pretty sweet site where you can upload you manuscripts and have them read and reviewed. It also generates list of agents for you genre...check it out...

Sorry it's been so long since I've been on here. I read this and really liked it, I wish it was longer...

I enjoyed that story very much. The song Ghost Riders in the Sky sort of came to mind.

This one is a piece I wrote for someone else. The characters and all the like are her own, she just asked for a little story. And I do mean little

Heres a link to another one of my short stories. It's very short; only about 3,000 words. Enjoy.

Ive considered turning all of this into a novel. But these have always been short stories revolving around the same main character.

Combs, I am more than enjoying this story. I was curious if this was a serial novel, or just segments of a whole novel....

Yeah, you should try it sometime. Check out http://duotrope.com/ there, you can use a search engine to narrow down generes, story length, and such to find magazines that accept short stories, novalettes, and novellas.

Very nice tale Jared. Ive never submitted anything to a magazine as most of my stories were written in years past as mainly a way to pass the time and try to spin a halfway decent yarn. But now Im sort of interested in sending something in.

I read your story, and as Quack stated, I found it quite interesting. The only negative thing, in my opinion, was that it was just a bit hard to follow. I love the storyline though; very deep. Have you ever submitted a story to any magazines?

There we are, let's try thing again with a correctly spelled title. I'll also put the first piece up and it is open to critique.

This is a short story titled Ashe and Anna. It's one of my short fantasy works revolving around the life of a former thief named Ashe McGray.
