Wizard's First Rule is the first book in his Sword of Truth series and is a really great book. The next 3 or 4 in the series are also very good, but not quite up to that first one. Latter books in the series are still good, but the situations seem a bit repetitive. As much as I like the characters, I almost wish the series had stopped at book 5 or 6. The mega series fantasies are starting to water down the stories. The TV show, Legend of the Seeker, (which is based on the books) is a good show, but the books are much better. If you like epic fantasy with a good magic system and swordplay, you'll like at least the beginning of the series.

Has anyone on here read any of his work? Ive heard great things and will likely pick up Wizard's First Rule very soon. I just want to know what the rest of you think.
