I hate spin offs like Tickle from Moonshiners, and Shelby from Ax Men. A little of Tickle is enough, I like Shelby, but the spin off is too totally fake.

I've seen her on TV but not her reality show, she's just gross.

Dance Moms is crazy. I can't understand why moms would sit back and watch someone yell and treat their child in such a way. Well the moms are nuts so I guess it makes sense, living through their daughters.

I like Pawn Stars and American Pickers. It's interesting...fake or not. Sometimes...when my little girl bugs me to let her take dance again...then I make her watch dance moms with me I tell her it is totally real and if your daughter takes dance then you HAVE to behave that way.

Pawn Stars is fake, there has been a big scandal about it being fake.

They were called out for having people bring items in to pawn and they weren't really pawning, it was a set-up for ratings and to get the American Restoration guy his own spin off.

First of all learn how to spell it is reality shows. I like them better than most other shows on t.v. at least they are real people. Duck Dynasty is my favorite. Like Ice Road Truckers, and pawn stars, cops. These shows are better, because they are real even though they are scripted.

I think Duck Dynasty is good too. Some of them are great, but for the most part they sux.
Just to many of them on now.
They say they can't get Si to go by the script that he just does it on his on. The same thing was said about Bill Cosby on his show. Either way they both are great.

There's a lot of junk on tv that I don't watch. Producers are copy cats, if one show makes it big, others are sure to follow. Duck Dynasty is better than most "reality" shows.

My youngest loves Duck Dynasty. He sits and just laughs and laughs.

Dude....Duck Dynasty is hilarious. I know that it's pretty scripted, but still. I just can't bring myself to turn the channel. I get so tickled at some of the stuff they do that I laugh until I have tears streaming down. Then my husband is like "If I did that stuff you would roll your eyes and not crack a smile, why is that?" and......it's true.

Oh I know reality tv is staged and situations are set-up, does not make it any less fun to watch. I'm sure you enjoy WWE, same thing.

You are seeing actors in reality TV. The "producers" "suggest" scenarios for this craptacular genre of entertainment. You can tell the intelligence of those around you by whether they believe it is real.

I don't watch the dating shows, but I do love a good reality scripted program. I find most drama, such as Chicago Fire and CSI, just to over-the-top dramatic. I prefer a good cat fight.

I, for one, couldn't agree more! It was new and interesting about 20 years ago, but now it's just annoying. It's really just a bunch of game shows, but they're spread out over 2 or 3 months!
