Just got mine and it is missing about 15 pages from the first half of the book. The seller is going to refund, but I have to send it back.  I'm going to sit this one out because by the time I get another one, I'll be way behind. If someone is finished and doesn't mind lending me theirs...but if not, I'll wait for the next one.

I join in and read it too if OK. I ordered it from Amazon used and it will ship Tuesday I think - coming from SC. Should have it soon.

Can someone tell me where I might get one? I ordered the wrong author last time and now I can't find a copy. The only one that I've found is 84.00! Where did everyone get theirs?
