The book "Estrogen Effect" is saying that mens' sperm counts have gone down since 1944 and fertility has dropped due to use of certain plastics and chemicals we're exposed to, due to their estrogen-like effect.

Is this book saying that men are becoming feminized in vitro? Does it say anything about the masculization of women in vitro?

I got my hands on this book about a month ago, and read about 1/3 into it. Now, Im charged with reading 30 books for my space physiology class, and can't afford the time!

Just wanted to let you know, I've enjoyed what I did start reading on the Republic.

On a separate note, anyone read Estrogen Effect by Debora Cadbury? It's an interesting topic she raises, which is pertenant to my studies in endocrinology, but curious if it relates to anyone else: Feminization of males by use of plastics, estrogen-like chemicals (PCBs, DDT, etc) which lower germ cell counts, etc.
