"Black House" by Stephen King and Peter Straub. Uhm, most of Clive Barker's stuff is good, some of it is a bit more fantasy. He has some really good, scary short story collections under the titles "Books of Blood", "The Inhuman Condition", and "In the Flesh".
I am reading Stephen King's new short story collection "Just After Sunset", and I like it. You can pick it up at Wal-Mart in paperback now (just came out in paperback this month) for $7.44.

A good friend of mine and fellow author Scott Nicholson writes some pretty scary tales! Check out some of his work at http://www.hauntedcomputer.... Also if you are into the paranormal, my fried Cher Lambeth wrote a book called “Haunted theaters of the Carolinas”

Peter Straub's Ghost Story is a good one. Duma Key by Stephen Kind scared the poo out of me.
