I couldn't stand having a sedentary life style. I have to get up and move!

Teen Wolf's last half of season 3 and season 4 have been so much better than that awful first half of season 3.

I like to watch the comedy sitcoms. Not into reality shows. I also like the old shows like Andy Griffith. I spend enough time outside during yard work......LOL

I usually DVR things through the week, then watch about an hour of TV before going to bed to relax.

Pineapple, I forgot about Big Brother, I watch that, too. It's been kind of boring this season, too, though.

I'm watching Tyrant, The Last Ship, The Leftovers, True Blood, and The Strain. The Strain has been good so far, but it's only a few episodes in. The others are OK, but they're so dramatic! I want something light and fun before going to bed.

Pretty Little Liars and Teen Wolf both lost me a few seasons ago. I'll check out Whole Line Is It and Switched at Birth, though.

I'm watching American Ninja Warrior, Big Brother, Pretty Little Liars, Switched at Birth, Teen Wolf, Extant (not really holding my interest, but I'm giving it a shot), Whose Line is it Anyway? and Master Chef. Summertime TV is supposed to be shallow and brain-relaxing.

There's not one thing on TV right now that I'm enjoying. Well, except American Ninja Warrior, of course, but not shows. EVERYTHING is dramatic, slow, and boring.

What shows are you all watching?
