I absolutely loved the movie, so I am sure I would love the book.

I always thought geisha's were expensive prostitutes but this book gave me a lot of info. They are not prostitutes at all! They are only allowed to have sex ONCE in their lives unless they have a Dana, which is a sponser, and then they can only be inimate with them. Those girls went through h*** to become geisha's and I have alot of respect for them.

The movies never do justice to any good book. Give me a book any day! :D

This is a great book. Ya'll should consider reading it. The movie didn't do the book justice.
