Check out Jack Ketchum's The Girl Next Door. It's on Netflix instant play. There's no man rape scene, but it's the most brutal horror movie I've ever seen.

I don't know if Deliverance is really a horror movie, it's just horrific.

Another one that comes to mind is Sleepers, with Kevin Bacon. And Bad Boys, with Sean Penn.

And it dawned on me, I'm fairly certain it's the only horror movie I've ever watched that had man on man rape.
