Can't a person read books, watch educational television, AND watch crappy reality tv? I do. I'm a voracious reader, always have been, I love me some educational programming ( especially forensic programs ), and I happen to enjoy watching other people's ridiculous drama unfold on television. I'd say I'm a well rounded individual!

Never saw it but it sounds typical. Children should be left alone to be children.

Why would anyone waste one second of their lives watching such drivel??? Get a good book people or turn on the History, National Geographic or any educational channel....

Honey BOO BOO is a "how-to" show about getting diabetes.

I watch Honey Boo Boo, a couple of the Real Housewife's, the repo shows, and Intervention. Yes, I like my reality tv, no matter how unrealistic it is :)

Honey BOOBOO is a show that Yankees watch to understand southern people.

They'll be rich and everyone will forget their trashy start. I had to look them up on youtube.

Oh, I freely admit that I enjoy crappy reality television. It's just a break from reality...lol, because the reality of those people's lives is nothing like the reality of my own.

As far as the whole Honey Boo Boo thing... that one I find to be kind of sad. That family is being exploited for money, and they're too stupid to even realize it. Or are they?

Truth- if you watched it would you admit it? I wouldn't...

I have wondered about all of those type " reality" shows, if everyone hates them, who's watching? Someone's not telling the truth! Jersey shore, Paris Hilton, housewives of ......, kardashians etc.

I hadn't watched this, but everyone was talking about it so I googled it. ! That's scary stuff folks.

It is no different than the freak shows they used to have at the circus, before it was determined to be demeaning to make fun of them.

best way to watch this show. get a nice snug blanket, a big bowl of pop corn. maybe a loved one. those nice bunny slippers, a cup of gasoline, and a book of matches. put the gasoline on your tv light with matches. open the door, get on the floor. everyone walk the dinosaur.

Oh ok Smalltownman.... if its like those Housewives of where ever well then its not worth airing...just my opinion....have seen one episode of those and that was enough in fact watched about ten mins of each and turned the channel...rather see National Geo..Channel you learn something of value.....thanks for the information Smalltownman....

The Learning Channel has stooped to a new low. They're now The Lousy Channel. For any network to exploit the obvious ignorance of a family is just sickening. There is nothing "good" about the program. I feel sorry for those children, all of them.

This show is great..if you actually watch it you would see she (the mother) is not as dumb as you think..she takes care of her family they save a lot of money by couponing and going to food auctions..the. majority of the things they buy Alana for her Pagents is either used or donated...the money they are Making from the show goes into the kids buying things for their home and paying their bills..also you got to remember this is TV they are only gonna show you stupid stuff mostly..but this family takes care of their kids..the man works all the time and June the mom takes care of the kids a d home..they are really no different then a lot of people here..just smarter cause they got a TV show...
