Many years ago I was honored to have dinner with Dr. Angelou. She was a beautiful woman in form and spirit.
Also she had wisdom, grace, intelligence and kindness that span generations, races, and religions.
Dr. Angelou you touched so many lives and taught us so much.
Rest now your journey here is over.

Let the fools who decide to post negative comments to this post continue on just so they can show us how small they are.
No matter what they said it cannot and will not take away from the kindness that Dr. Angelou showed to those around her and the remarkable life she lived and legacy she leaves behind.
Many of us could learn from her writings.

Dr. Angelou was a regular customer at a store I used to work at. She would come and ALWAYS had a kind word for everyone.
She also had the gift that made the person she was speaking with feel like they were the most important person on the planet.
Rest in peace, Dr. Angelou.
