oh DaddyP are you going to be sorely disappointed. I bougt Fifty Shades because I bought into the HYPE and thats truly what it is. Fifty Shades is a good enough read, but it in no way is a book about submissives and Doms...it skirts the issue. The story is basically just a love story. You are constantly thinking as you turn the page.....ok its gonna get kinky and wild now , but alas it never does. The Book you refered to by Anne Rice under the psydenom A.N. Roquelere...The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty, Beautys Punishment and Beautys Release....Those were trulely hot passionate books about submissive and dominate relationships, page turners...honestly every page had some kind of hot ,sexy ,slighty appalling, yet ever exhilarating form of fettish sex......Fifty Shades doesnt hold a candle to it......

I'm reading it now and my question is how are they going to make a movie out of this book without it being an X-rated p**n movie? So far it's been very graphic in the sex scenes.

Would anyone like to sell their copy of it and / or the two that follow it. Thanks

I wanted to read it, but I read a review in a magazine and they were really putting it down. They said it wasn't any good and it was basically boring. I have it reserved at the library, though. I'm going to find out for myself.

I have read all 3 of them and enjoyed them. I can say they are not everyones cup of tea but I read them all in a short length of time. Mine are Kindle books so I cant loan them out which is sad....

I've got it and the two other books in the set on my Kindle. I read reviews that they are really good and very popular. I look forward to reading it. Years ago I read a trio of books by Anne Rice under a pseudonym, called the Sleeping Beauty books. They were on the same subject and although this is not my lifestyle either, I loved those books! We passed those books around at work until they were well worn. :)

Anyone eles read this? all I can is WOW. Good book (not my lifestyle) but to each his own. Lets you know NORMAL is normal in so many ways to different people.
