I saw Epic over the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised. Despite the horrible ticket sales it was a very cute family film that was kind of a cross between "Fern Gully" and "The Spiderwick Chronicles" with a sprinkle of "Bugs Life". Loved Ozzy the dog. Overall I would give it a B+. Not an epic movie but very much worth seeing as a family. It's light hearted and fun!
