I just read
"THE HYPOCRISY OF DISCO BY CLARE HAYWARD"

Wow her childhood was really horrible
book ends when she is 13
Born in CA to hippie people in 1960's
Never a place to call home
Lived in feilds and forest.
Ate mostly rice

I also read
"THE GLASS CASTLE BY JEANNETTE WALLS"

She was a child in an unconventional situation"
Her parents are street people in New York

I thought my mother was unique
After reading these books
Now I am not so sure

The human is strong.
