that's up to you. What other things interest you. If you like sci-fi, fantasy, or horror I can hook you up with some authors you might like.

If you like crime books, I have just started reading Patricia Cornwell books form her Scarpetta Series. The first one I read was From Potters Field, and now I am reading Body Farm. I didn't even know there was a series so I have been reading them out of order.

I hope to be buying all the books so I can finally read them in order...and I typically hate reading.

I love true crime books also. Have you read some of the older ones such as the ones about the West Memphis killings about twenty years ago? I think you can google them by searching West Memphis Three. I have read all angles of those and watched the documentaries on HBO. It is very interesting to read one book and then another and see two different sides to the story. I also loved the books about Darlie Routier who supposedly killed her two sons. I was convinced she was guilty until I read another book written by the same author of the first book(who changed her mind about the murders after hearing more evidence not shown in court). Darlie is still on death row for those killings. If you haven't read these I think you would like them.

As to not true crime...goddess is so right. I loved the book The Road. I just saw the movie too and it was good. Cormac McCarthy also wrote No Country For Old Men which I have but havne't read yet. A great book is The Story of Edgar Sawtelle. It is so good. If you like dogs and mystery, murder you will like this one probably. Some of the best books I have ever read are books by Wally Lamb...She's Come Undone and I Know This Much is True. They are my favorites. A Fine Balance is probably my all time favorite. It is just a heartwrenching story about India. I have read it twice and I don't usually do that. The Kite Runner is another good one.

I've been reading true crime, but I'm getting burnt out on it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what type of books are worth reading. I'm not into romance.
