Smitty, apparently there are several more, but I don't know how far they are from the spirit of the first four. I was hoping someone knew, but I am sure I will find out for myself. His Lovecraftian style had it's hooks in me after the first. The funny thing is, it caught my eye at a bookstore more than fifteen years ago, but I didn't buy it. I found the fourth one at the book exchange and have had it for two or three years or more. I finally ordered the first one several months ago, to read them in order. And the rest is history.

Yes for 3. So far yes for 4. Just got started though. It is pretty fascinating. Lady Karen is a character in the 3rd. I couldn't remember my password(I'm hardly ever on here) for my other name, (Aunt Sus), so I had to create another ID.

Love these books! They are quite unique as far as vamp fiction goes. I've only read 1 and 2 so far. Are 3 and 4 just as good??

I know there's plenty of vamp threads here already, but most of them seem to be oriented towards vampire romance, which is okay, but....

Anyway, I started Brian Lumley's Necroscope series and am absolutely hooked. I am on the fourth. Are there not anymore Lumley fans out there? I'd like to find more vamp stories in that vein.
