There are very few books I have selected that I didn't want to read, but I tried The girl with the Dragon Tattoo and couldn't get into it.

Lover at last by jr ward was fairly good but I doubt many would appreciate it in wilkes since it is a male/male love story.

I liked 50 shades. I really didn't find it to be "pornly written" I have read books that disgusted me by the vulgarity of the way it was written.
I didn't enjoy the Sylvia Day books nearly as much. I didn't like the words. :-/

I havent read much of anything in a while. Last thing I read was The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt by Edmund Morris. I dont usually read nonfiction for pleasure but I enjoyed seeing how Theodore Roosevelt's youth shaped his later years.

I picked up a few Tom Clancy novels at the Goodwill, Im going to give them a try, starting with The Bear and The Dragon.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hated that poorly written book. I did finish it and started the second in hopes it was better but put it down and never picked it back up.

I think the reason many women loved it was it gave them the freedom to read p**n.

The Muse got me thinking about books. We always discuss good books we've read, tell me terrible books and why.

I just read "Skipping Christmas" by John Grisham and it was a load of crap. It was every cliché wrapped into one crappy book.
