You will love it. I see it being on a "classics" list one of these days. Also there is a part 2 to it called "The Angel of Darkness" which is equally as good.

I have order this book from Paperback Swap. I thought it would have arrived by now. I am looking forward so much to reading it.

"The Alienist", by Caleb Carr is another must read book. It takes place in New York city in the year 1896 and the main focus is trying to find a new kind of criminal known to us nowadays as the serial killer. The killer is targeting transvestite (?sp) prostitutes. One of the characters in the book is Theodore Roosevelt as the police commissoner. It is a very interesting book and one that I just couldn't put down.
