I read all of her old picks. I kind of slacked off when she stopped the club and restarted it. Every one was excellent. The best one I read was called A Fine Balance. Followed by I Know This Much is True and She's Come Undone.

many if not all of the books she picks are very good. even without her endorsement most would have made the bestseller list

is this the first Oprah Book Club book you have read? I have always wondered if the books were any good. A New Earth sounds i don't know kind of earthy?

yes I am.I read it when it about a year ago and am reading it again currently.  I joined the Oprah web classroom for the 1st time last night and it was great!
