Meet Odin, he’s a neutered 2-3 year old male German shepherd. He has had a really bad past and needs to be with someone who will continue to give him the love and care that I have been giving him. I took him out of a really bad situation and made him better for the most part, this dog is incredibly smart and is very cuddly. He is a big German shepherd and can get up to close to 100lbs. He knows sit, down, shake, “toys”, “treats”, stay, and leave it. I’ve trained him to lay down and stay when I make his food then I use his release word that’s “Yes!” Or “Free!” and he will eat his food after patiently waiting. He’s a very very good dog but he needs further care that I am not able to give to him right now. Where he was starved for over a year he devours his food, even after feeding him 6 cups a day he always seems like he’s starving. He needs to see a vet that can run tests on him and give him some vitamins, he also has a I believe is a hygroma on his side where he was so skinny and laying down on hard surfaces caused him to create a small lump on his side. I have before and current pictures of him if you are interested in knowing some more about him. He’s house and crate trained, doesn’t need to be crated when you leave he will sleep on your couch and he’s pretty low-medium drive. He will make an awesome bite dog too!
