I'm looking for a fixer upper to rent.. maybe one that needs a little bit of work for it to be 'liveable' I'll buy new materials, and fix everything up to code, as long as money for materials is knocked off the rent. Receipts and contract will be drawn up, for your benefit and mine. In 6 months my landlord is tearing down all of his property... my home included.. so looking to find something within that time frame..
